Saturday August 28, 2010	Our annual August Backyard Meeting and cookout at the home of Lorrie and Al Nogrady, beginning at 2:00pm. We will also have a guest speaker, Dr. Michael Savko, who is a chiropractor who also specializes in animal chiropractic. Dr. Savko will also demonstrate his skills. Our club meeting will begin at 2:00pm with Dr. Savko arriving about 3:00pm. Our back yard cookout will follow. If you would like to bring along a side dish, please let Lorrie know. RSVP to Lorrie and/or Joan. A reminder notice will go out to the membership via our secretary. Directions will be included. Guests welcome.
Saturday Sept. 18, 2010	Responsible Dog Ownership Day Pittsburgh Mills Mall Metals Court 11:00am - 5:00pm GTISC will be collecting pet food for Animal Protectors. Four Legged Food Drives throughout the year is our Community Service Project for 2010. There will a Meet the Breeds and a raffle of a Basket of Dog goodies. Proceeds from the raffle will be used to purchased pet food for the shelter. Information can also be found on www.akc.org under RDO events.
Sunday September 19, 2010	Members Fall Fun Day Join us for our second annual gathering of Fun, Food, Friends and Dogs at the home of John and Laureen, beginning at 1:00pm. Lisa is organizing our day of games and "human/dog" teams of fun. Our club meeting and Pot Luck dinner to follow. RSVP to Laureen and/or Joan. A reminder notice to the membership will go out via our secretary. Directions to Laureen's will be included. Guests welcome.
October - date TBA	Backyard "Weenie Roast" at Ruth's to include a Question and Answer on basic pet medical care by Paula. Paula will answer questions about daily pet care, nails, ears, upset tummy, etc., and when it's time to call the Vet. General club meeting included.
November - date TBA	Our annual Thanksgiving Dinner/meeting.
December - date TBA	Our annual Christmas Party/meeting at the Lawrence's.
